Strollers & Wheelchairs

For your shopping convenience, children’s strollers* are available at Customer Service. There are two types of strollers: a stroller that looks like a ‘car’ and a more standard type of stroller. Both types can accommodate more than one child. Strollers usage fee is $2.00.

Do you need some assistance getting around? Then visit the Customer Service Centre for FREE use of a wheelchair* during your visit to Pine Centre Mall.

*you will need to leave a piece of identification with customer service until you return the wheelchairs and/or strollers.

Community Booking

Would you like to promote your community or non-profit organization at Pine Centre Mall? Contact our Customer Service Centre to book a table or event in the centre or to rack your brochures and pamphlets.
*there is a fee for all bookings at the centre, fees are adjusted for non-profit organizations

Lost and Found

If you have lost or found an item during your visit to Pine Centre Mall, please contact our Customer Service Centre immediately. Lost and found items will be held for a maximum of thirty (30) days. If you have lost something, please be sure to leave your name and phone number with our Customer Service Representatives so that we can contact you if your item(s) are found. We cannot guarantee the safe
return of your item(s), but will do our best!

Other services include photocopying and faxing. There is a fee for these additional services.
